  • Conducted due diligence and preparation of non-binding bid of Barclays Private Bank Asia for a global private bank

  • Conducted a competitor study across ASEAN for a new market entrant to survey existing service offerings and pricing of local key players and MNCs

Joint Venture Launch

  • Created and led the Programme Office for the launch of a FMCG joint venture between a MNC and leading local company in the Philippines
  • Managed the deal completion and integration deliverables, filing of regulatory and product permits and implementation of the MNC’s safety standards
  • Facilitated cultural integration and engagement between European management and local staff through town halls, small group workshops and communications plan

We are sector agnostic. Major clients have included, among others, UK and Swiss-based private banks, a global chemicals & nutritionals company, a global FMCG company and Malaysian investment holding company.
